It is highly functional with 2-sinks, floor to ceiling storage, tasteful countertops, and imported Italian tiles above the stove. In 2010, the hall bathroom was renovated to preserve the original 1930’s vibe. All pipes, plus the sink/vanity/commode/floor tile were replaced. Currently, this unit has the lowest maintenance fee (of Active 1-bed units) in the Garrett Park neighborhood ($722). Bronxville Lodge is steps away from the Bronx River Pathway, a quarter mile to the Bronxville Train Station (31-minute ride to NYC). Just beyond the station, enjoy Bronxville Village with its farmers’ market, boutique shops, restaurants, movie theatre, & grocery store.
